Dr. Skyller Walkes, Founder of Rootz and Wingz, LLC., is dedicated to driving change for global impact by offering justice-focused leadership, strategic planning, and coaching for diversity, equity, accessibility, and social justice in both organizational and communal spaces.

Dr. Walkes leads initiatives with an intersectional focus on education, disability/ neurodiversity, health and wellness, K-20 and adult education, regenerative sustainability, youth empowerment, and restorative justice reform for historically marginalized, under-resourced, and underrepresented communities.  She brings a wealth of experience and celebrated expertise to creating a more just, radically inclusive, and equitable society that include:

Rootz and Wingz helps learning communities foster creative innovation using an intentionally inclusive people-centered approach that advances social justice efforts in organizational and communal spaces. This encompasses areas of integrated curriculum development, cultural sensitivity training, a deeper understanding of social drivers of health, the advancement of equitable outcomes for under-served, disenfranchised communities, and juvenile justice reform.
