Everyone deserves a self-care break during their day! And we should be epecially conscious of listening to our needs during Women's Health Month! Join us on Tuesday, May 13, at 10am CT, as we feature Mariah of Elevate Pilates @elevatepilates_mb for a FREE virtual Pilates session. You’ll already likely be by your computer or device, so just sign in to Zoom for a free class of good stretching that won’t add stress, but will take it away. We’re looking forward to learning from Mariah & invite you to participate at your comfort level.
